Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Cristine Bejoc.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Pneumonia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The decedent appears to have been of Philippine origin.

Note that the government investigator indeed spelled the decedent’s name as Cristine, and not the common spelling Christine.
