Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Conner Lannen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alprazolam, Diazepam, and Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use
