The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Collette Mofa.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism
Cause of Death B: Probable Iliac Vein Thrombosis
Other Significant Condition: Uterine Fibroids
