Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Colleen McNutt.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism
Cause of Death B: Leg Vein Thrombosis
Other Significant Conditions: Fatty Changes of Liver; Hyperglycemia (Clinical)
