Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Welch.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Laennec Cirrhosis

RIP CHARLES WELCH (1957 – June 16, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Laënnec cirrhosis is primarily caused by excessive and chronic alcohol consumption.
