The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cesar Rodriguez.

Cause of Death: Consequences of Colloid Cyst of the 3rd Ventricle of the Brain

RIP CESAR RODRIGUEZ (August 12, 1985 – October 5, 2022)

Colloid cysts are benign intracranial tumors usually occurring in the front part of the third ventricle.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
