(L.A.) Carrie Congelliere, 65, Died on a Public Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a public sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Carrie Congelliere.

Born in San Luis Obispo County. Mother’s maiden name is Barker.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
