(L.A.) John Snyder, 74, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as John Snyder.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Ethanol

RIP JOHN SNYDER (1950 – June 30, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.
