Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Carolyn Gooch.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Intracerebral Hemorrhagic Stroke

Cause of Death C: Hypertension

Other Significant Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation; Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 28.
