The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bulmaro Rubio Guzman.

Cause of Death: Hypertensive and Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity; Obstructive Sleep Apnea; Diabetes Mellitus
