Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Brian Carr.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Covid-19, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

RIP BRIAN CARR (October 12, 1968 – July 15, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:38 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
