The coroner’s office has identified the man as Billie Skaggs.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome

RIP BILLIE SKAGGS (October 29, 1983 – September 9, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:15 a.m.

The decedent was suffering from AIDS.

We do not know if he was injected with synthetic mRNA.
