The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Barbara Avakian.

Cause of Death A: Acute Pericardial Tamponade
Cause of Death B: Ruptured Dissecting Aortic Aneurysm
Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertension and Tobacco Use
