(L.A.) Ayesha Farzin, 21, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old “East Indian” female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ayesha Farzin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Complications of Acetaminophen Toxicity

RIP AYESHA FARZIN (June 29, 2001 – October 5, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:30 p.m.

The decedent actually seemed to be of South Asian / Desi / Bengali / Bangladeshi origin.

This case is possibly one of an accidental Tylenol overdose.
