The coroner’s office has identified the man as Arnold Von Berckefeldt.

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Atrial Fibrillation, Cerebrovascular Accident, Hepatitis C, Hypertension, Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, and Substance-Induced Cardiomyopathy

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:30 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
