(L.A.) Anaizah Hernandez, 12, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 12-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the girl as Anaizah Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchial Asthma

Other Significant Conditions: Respiratory Viral Infection (Adenovirus, Human Rhinovirus/Enterovirus, Influenza A H1 2009, Parainfluenza Virus 4 and Respiratory Syncytial Virus)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:56 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in April.
