The coroner’s office has identified the man as Allan Pollard.

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Pre-Diabetes, UTI, Urinary Retention, and Chronic Kidney Disease
