Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence in Studio City.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alex Kvasnytsky. Domiciled in Concord, California; of Ukrainian descent.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Covid-19 Pneumonia
