Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 90-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Aida Tarkhanian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Pneumonia

Cause of Death C: Complications of Acute Cervical Fractures (C1 Ring and Type II Odontoid Fractures)

Cause of Death D: Accidental Fall

Other Significant Conditions: E. coli Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), Chronic Ischemic Strokes, Idiopathic Epilepsy, Atrial Fibrillation, Status Post Watchman, Hypertension (Htn), Hyperlipidemia (HLD)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.
