Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant girl as Adrí Isaac Espinoza.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Intrauterine Fetal Demise

Cause of Death B: Maternal Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death C: Complications of Pregnancy

RIP ADRÍ ISAAC ESPINOZA (April 28, 2025 – April 28, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 17.

Intrauterine fetal demise is the medical term for a stillbirth.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Adrí Espinoza Isaac.
