The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Elsa Castro.

Cause of Death B: Ruptured Inferior Vena Cava

Cause of Death C: Thrombosed Inferior Vena Cava Filter

Cause of Death D: History of Blood Clots Necessitating Inferior Vena Cava Filter
