(L.A.) Ted Moore, 64, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ted Moore.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:08 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
