Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Filipino female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ernestine Zafranco of Glendale, California.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Asthma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:32 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.

We demonstrate a case involving a patient who developed a life-threatening acute asthma exacerbation after receiving their third dose of the BNT16b2 vaccine. It should be recognized that repeated SARS-CoV-2 vaccination may be a risk factor for the acute exacerbation of asthma.
