Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 15-year-old Hispanic female.

The coroner’s office identified the teenage girl as Dani Richards Flores of Palmdale.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Hanging

RIP DANI ANGEL RICHARDS FLORES (December 3, 2010 – June 21, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at a hospital.

According to the online fundraiser, the decedent was negatively affected by “social media, specifically TikTok reels and user comments… Dani did not mean to end her life, she made a mistake, and that mistake took her from us forever.”
