Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Patrick Uthe.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Shotgun Wound of Head

This was a murder-suicide that happened in a warehouse and office area of a water sewage treatment plant in Atwater Village at around 5:30 a.m.

The decedent killed a fellow employee before turning the gun on himself.
