(L.A.) Bruce Robinson, 57, Died in an Abandoned Building

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Black male that occurred in an abandoned building.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Bruce Robinson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-January, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
