Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Mark Valles Jr.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Alcohol Use

RIP MARK A. VALLES JR. (July 11, 1984 – July 2, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 4.
