Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Wayne Ashby.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
