(L.A.) Ricky Dueñas, 42, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Ricky Dueñas.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Ethanol

RIP RICKY ANTHONY DUEÑAS (January 6, 1983 – June 15, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 24 presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose. He was drunk and high on coke.
