Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Craig Buchanan.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Fungal Pneumonia

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Hepatitis C, Cirrhosis, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

RIP CRAIG BUCHANAN (December 11, 1963 – September 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:33 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-October.
