The coroner’s office has identified the man as Willie Tubbs.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:29 p.m.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
