(L.A.) Jonathan Aravena Gonzalez, 31, Died on a Street

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathan Aravena Gonzalez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma

RIP JONATHAN ARAVENA GONZALEZ (February 1, 1993 – September 20, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:50 p.m.

The decedent was roller-blading when he was fatally injured by a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision.

He apparently was known as a talented skater from Chile, who had just moved to the States a few months ago.
