The coroner’s office has identified the man as Travas Ward.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Davis.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:09 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

Notice that the decedent’s forename is correctly spelled as Travas and not Travis.
