(L.A.) John Tagle, 46, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Tagle.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Myocardial Infarction

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:00 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
