Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Gregory Wilson.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

RIP GREGORY WILSON (August 28, 1965 – April 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:31 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early June, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Gregory Wilson” in public records.
