Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a courtyard.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Harrison.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP CHARLES HARRISON (January 2, 1965 – April 17, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:01 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
