Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Black male that occurred in a vacant home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nathan Smith.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:36 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 8, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
