(L.A.) Tawanda Sedlack, 46, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Black female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tawanda Sedlack.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Cocaine Effects

RIP TAWANDA SEDLACK (June 29, 1977 – August 18, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
