Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Latino male that occurred on a train.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Marck Meza.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamines

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:04 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
