The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alexander Bridgette.

Cause of Death A: Hemorrhagic Shock

Cause of Death B: Hemorrhage From Arteriovenous Fistula

Cause of Death C: Chronic Kidney Disease

Cause of Death D: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
