The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rebecca Zagala.

Cause of Death A: Spontaneous Perforation of Descending Colon

Cause of Death B: Large Bowel Obstruction

Cause of Death C: Inflamatory Mass Constricting Rectum

Cause of Death D: Pelvic Inflamatory Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity; Atherosclerotic Heart Disease
