Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 17-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the teen as Daniel Martinez.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death A: Exsanguination

Cause of Death B: Laceration of Subclavian Artery

Cause of Death C: Gunshot Wound of Shoulder
