Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black female that occurred at a front yard.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Zakiyyah McNeice.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Epilepsy

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Ethanol Use

RIP ZAKIYYAH MCNEICE (February 12, 1980 – August 3, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:53 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 21.
