Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Zacarias Morales.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.
The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as German Morales Zacarias.
