Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Yosio Maldonado.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Craniocervical Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.
The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s forename as Yoshio.
