Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Willie Allen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

RIP WILLIE ALLEN (April 26, 1963 – April 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:53 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
