Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Spangenberg.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP WILLIAM DAVID SPANGENBERG (November 17, 1978 – March 29, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:02 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
