Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a healthcare service.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Gladney.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Metabolic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death C: Renal Failure

Cause of Death D: Hypertension

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Kidney Disease and Acute Kidney Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
