Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Craine.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Upper Airway Obstruction
