Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Wendie McGee.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Decompensated Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
